Greek yoghurt is a nutrient-dense, creamy yoghurt. It is made by straining the liquids (whey) out leaving a thick, delicious mild flavored yoghurt. Greek yoghurt can be used in baked goods, substituted for sour cream, sauces, dips, and is excellent with fresh fruit, maple syrup, honey or jam.
All of our products are made from 100% grass fed cows who are rotated at least twice daily on restored pasture. Our small happy herd provides milk free of growth hormones, pesticides, antibiotics and other drugs. The milk is exceptionally rich because we only milk our cows once a day. Babies get to stay with their mamas and grow up with the herd.
